Crappy Date?

This specimen is somewhat enigmatic. It has features that are different from most coprolites in my collection. Because of it's unusual structure and somewhat translucent composition I wasn't 100% sure it was a coprolite. Of course, I knew it wasn't really a fossilized date. But I considered that it could be a cololite (poop before it's pooped), a steinkern, or perhaps even a fish tilly bone.
Fortunately, the experts at The Fossil Forum were able to confirm this is a coprolite, recognizing the scroll structure.
